Polish local governments register 1,225 new urban buses in 2026, two-thirds electric

In the first seven months of 2026, Polish local governments registered 1,225 new urban buses, up by 943 compared to the same period a year earlier. More than two-thirds of the newly registered vehicles are electric or hydrogen-powered buses. The figures point to a sharp acceleration in Poland's shift to zero-emission public transport.
