Learner driver had nearly 4‰ alcohol, "instructor" was drunk too

A man learning to drive was seen stopping in the middle of the road and lurching forward and backward. A witness watched as the passenger swapped seats with the driver and drove off, clipping the verge. Tests revealed the learner had nearly four per mille of alcohol in his blood, and his "instructor" was drunk as well.
