Turkish historian: Trump may do something crazy, Iran is overplaying its hand
Galip Dalay, a Turkish political historian at Chatham House and Oxford lecturer, warns that Iran may be making a serious miscalculation in its stance toward Trump. Iranians claim they have survived pressure before and can outlast Trump again, but Dalay says Trump is unpredictable and could at some point do something extreme. He believes Iran has a tendency to overplay its hand — and is likely doing so now.
