Pacific Islands Forum summit in turmoil as several leaders pull out of Palau meeting

Several leaders pulled out of the Pacific Islands Forum summit in Palau at the last minute. Solomon Islands Prime Minister Matthew Wale cancelled after a no-confidence motion was lodged against him by home affairs minister Manasseh Maelanga. Leaders from Fiji, Vanuatu and Samoa also withdrew from the meeting.
