2.5 per mille and a fake licence — police expose 35-year-old's fraud

Police in Wólka Kosowska stopped a 35-year-old Chinese national driving a Lexus without lights and struggling to navigate a roundabout. A breathalyser test showed over 2.5 per mille of alcohol. Officers also suspect his driving licence is a fake.
