El Obeid: 200,000 Sudanese War Refugees Face Worsening Humanitarian Crisis
Humanitarian conditions in El Obeid, Sudan, and camps on its outskirts are rapidly deteriorating as civilians flee fighting between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the RSF militia. More than 15,000 families have arrived since mid-July, joining over 200,000 people who arrived in the first half of the year, according to government figures cited by Save the Children. New displaced people are arriving daily.
