Drunk Chinese national drives into barrier in Piaseczno — bought licence online

Police in Piaseczno detained a 35-year-old Chinese national who drove into a closed barrier while leaving a roundabout in a housing estate. The man was drunk and admitted to officers that he had purchased his driving licence online.
