Trump hails deal for US to control 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan oil

Donald Trump announced what he called a "historic" deal under which the United States would gain control of 65 billion barrels of Venezuela's oil reserves. Venezuela's interim president said the agreement would help revive her country's economy.
