Finnish president: the line between war and peace has blurred

Finnish President Alexander Stubb says Russia is deliberately provoking Europe and that the boundary between war and peace has blurred. He described the first year of the war in Ukraine as a fight for survival, the following three years as building resilience, and now says numbers — which are on Ukraine's side — are the decisive factor. He also issued a warning to NATO.
