Ratcliffe proposed US–Russia–Ukraine peace summit during Moscow visit

CIA Director John Ratcliffe visited Moscow and proposed a trilateral summit bringing together the presidents of the US, Russia and Ukraine, according to Axios. The meeting's aim would be to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine.
