Peter Cullen, voice of Optimus Prime and Eeyore, dies aged 85

Peter Cullen, the Montreal-born voice actor best known as Optimus Prime in the Transformers franchise and Eeyore in Disney's Winnie the Pooh productions, died on Wednesday at his home in Los Angeles at the age of 85. He also voiced KARR in Knight Rider and the monster in Predator, having begun his career in Canadian television and radio.
