US ICE plans to spend up to $2M on camera-equipped robot dogs

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to spend up to $2 million on four-legged robot dogs equipped with cameras and Wi-Fi connectivity. The robots can travel at speeds of up to approximately 5 feet per second. The purchase raises questions about the use of new technology in immigration enforcement.
