Nawrocki: I vetoed the e-journal law because it was poorly drafted

President Karol Nawrocki explained his veto of the state e-journal law, saying he is not opposed to the concept but that the legislation was poorly prepared. He argued that children and teachers should not be made into system testers. Nawrocki stated he would sign a well-drafted version of the bill.
