Anne Hathaway joins Tom Cruise in "Days of Thunder 2" — out June 2, 2028

Paramount has announced that Anne Hathaway will star alongside Tom Cruise in the sequel to "Days of Thunder," set for release on June 2, 2028. Hathaway will play a racing team owner and engineer, while Cruise reprises his role as NASCAR driver Cole Trickle. Director Jonathan Levine will helm the film, which is being produced for IMAX, Dolby Cinema and 4DX.
