Boniek blasts Polish football: we buy third-rate players

Former Polish Football Association president Zbigniew Boniek criticised the state of Polish club football following European qualifying. No Polish club reached the Champions League or Conference League; only Lech Poznań and Jagiellonia Białystok qualified for the Europa League. Boniek praised only Jagiellonia, while accusing Widzew of buying rather than building a team.
