Polish military to introduce individual recruit selection from 2027

According to the daily Rzeczpospolita, the Polish Armed Forces plan to replace their current mass-recruitment model with an individual approach to recruitment and personnel management from 2027. The changes are meant to end the era of bulk intake — accepting large numbers of soldiers without precise selection. The new system aims to match candidates to specific posts and military needs.
