France beat Slovenia 3-1 in the Wagner Memorial tournament

France defeated Slovenia 3-1 in the opening Saturday match of the Hubert Jerzy Wagner Memorial volleyball tournament. Slovenia won the first set, but France took control of the remaining three sets to claim victory. Poland will next face the United States in the second match of the day.
