New building rules require EV charger infrastructure in new residential blocks

New Polish building regulations and the EU's EPBD directive will require EV charging infrastructure to be installed in car parks at newly built residential blocks. The rules aim to make it easier for residents to charge electric vehicles at home without leaving their estate. This requirement is one of the less publicised aspects of the upcoming changes to construction standards.
