Nigerians stranded for days on dilapidated Benin–Asaba highway

Travellers on the Benin–Agbor–Asaba road in Nigeria have been stranded for days due to the highway's severely dilapidated condition. Al Jazeera spoke with drivers and passengers about the ongoing infrastructure crisis on this route. Those interviewed blamed government neglect and the absence of repairs for the prolonged paralysis.
