Drunk driver damaged 10 cars in beach car park — arrested

Mykola B. has been charged after driving drunk in a Volvo around a beach car park, damaging ten vehicles. Bystanders fled from the oncoming car before the driver became wedged between other vehicles and was apprehended. Police detained him at the scene.
