Augustów waterway operator reports poor season due to bad July weather

The Augustów Shipping Company carried 74,000 passengers by the end of August, well below typical seasonal figures. Deputy CEO Sławomir Aleksandrowicz said the poor weather in July — the peak tourist month — caused the biggest losses, which could not be recovered in August.
