Court rules Pentagon illegally blacklisted AI lab Anthropic

A federal judge ruled Thursday that the Pentagon's blacklisting of AI company Anthropic was unconstitutional. The lawsuit, filed in March in a California district court, accused the Trump administration of unlawfully retaliating against the company.
