Raczyński: KNF removes entire firm categories instead of regulating risks

Maciej Raczyński has criticised Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) for choosing to eliminate entire categories of firms from the regulatory space rather than targeting identified risks with appropriate supervisory tools. He argues Poland is not a country that supports innovation. Such an approach, he warns, discourages companies from operating in the Polish market.
