Zelensky cites negligence after Kyiv-area strike: 27 dead, 42 wounded

A Russian strike on the Bucha district near Kyiv overnight Friday to Saturday killed at least 27 people and wounded 42, according to regional head Tymur Tkachenko. He warned the toll could rise. President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke out, pointing to negligence on the Ukrainian side.
