Poland's ZUS care supplement for over-75s stands at 366.68 zloty per month

Poland's ZUS pays a care supplement of 366.68 zloty per month to pensioners aged over 75, effective from 1 March 2026, and the benefit is tax-free. It is a separate payment from the pension itself — it does not raise the minimum pension or the indexation base, but is indexed independently. It is paid on the same date as the pension or disability benefit.
