Poland's crisis centre developing "presidential alert" that rings even on silent

Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) is developing a Cell Broadcast system that will push critical emergency alerts to every mobile phone, regardless of whether it is on silent. Deputy Director Tomasz Kołodziejczyk told PAP the planned app will function like a "presidential alert." The system is designed to reach every mobile network user in Poland.
