Kraków drops appeal — ban on public fireworks lifted after court ruling
Kraków city authorities declined to file a cassation appeal against a June ruling by the Regional Administrative Court, which had struck down the city's ban on the use of pyrotechnics in public spaces. As a result, the ban is no longer in force and fireworks are once again legal in Kraków.
