Polish warehouse market tightens — vacancy rate drops to 6.3 percent

New lease agreements and expansions by existing tenants accounted for 60 percent of activity on Poland's warehouse market in the first half of the year, according to JLL data. The vacancy rate fell from 7.1 to 6.3 percent over one quarter, signalling rising demand for logistics space in Poland.
