Court orders three-month pre-trial detention for PKOl president Piesiewicz
Radosław Piesiewicz, president of the Polish Olympic Committee (PKOl), was detained on Thursday and formally charged. Late Friday evening a court ordered three months of pre-trial detention. The decision was confirmed by the Prosecutor General's spokeswoman Anna Adamiak, and was first reported by journalist Maciej Duda of the "Superwizjer" programme.
