Lower earnings limits for working pensioners from September 2026

From 1 September 2026, new lower earnings thresholds will apply to working pensioners and disability benefit recipients in Poland who have not yet reached standard retirement age. The changes affect those receiving early pensions or disability benefits and will remain in force until the end of November. Exceeding the new limits may result in reduced or suspended benefits.
