Mieszko R. spared prison for Warsaw University murder — found not criminally responsible

Warsaw's Regional Court ruled on Friday that Mieszko R., accused of brutally murdering a receptionist at the University of Warsaw, is not criminally responsible due to insanity. As a result, he will not face imprisonment. The court is expected to order psychiatric treatment instead.
