Switzerland and Norway warn EU's 'Made in Europe' policy risks pushing them out of single market
Switzerland and Norway, the EU's closest non-member economic partners, have warned Brussels that the bloc's increasingly protectionist "Made in Europe" industrial policy threatens to push them out of the single market they have been integrating with for decades, according to the Financial Times. Both countries fear their companies and products will be discriminated against in favour of EU producers.
