Ukraine needs 30,000 new soldiers per month, presidential office chief says

Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, has stated that the Ukrainian military needs at least 30,000 new recruits every month to hold the front line. When asked whether changing the defence minister would help ease the personnel crisis, he said the scale of the problems is simply too large. Ukraine is facing mounting difficulties in replenishing its armed forces.
