Warsaw court upholds European Arrest Warrant for fugitive MP Romanowski

Warsaw's District Court has refused to lift the European Arrest Warrant against PiS MP Marcin Romanowski, ruling that he may still use EU territory to evade charges related to the Justice Fund scandal. The court noted there is no certainty he is in Transnistria, which lies outside EU jurisdiction. Romanowski therefore remains subject to the active arrest warrant.
