Polish government plans zero-złoty budget for Constitutional Tribunal in 2027

The Polish government has informally planned a zero-złoty budget for the Constitutional Tribunal for 2027, according to sources close to the government. The Ministry of Finance confirmed only that the Tribunal's financial plans were not included. It remains open whether parliament will add any funding during budget debates; some coalition partners fear a presidential veto from Karol Nawrocki.
