Deadly wildfires scorch Algeria's Jijel province, national mourning declared

Deadly wildfires devastated villages in Algeria's Jijel province, about 350 kilometres east of Algiers. The government declared national mourning in response. Crews are working to restore electricity and clear affected areas. Residents are assessing the damage left by the fires.
