Polish government plans state-company mergers instead of share sales

Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun announced that the government plans to restructure its portfolio of state-owned companies through mergers and takeovers between public entities, abandoning share sales. The plans include strengthening the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ).
