Tusk: Russia preparing major escalation this autumn and winter

Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned that Russia is intensively preparing for an escalation of tensions — both in the war against Ukraine and across the broader region — this autumn and winter. Poland is in constant contact with CIA leadership on the matter. Tusk said Russia considers this period to be critical.
