Flood fraud: 3.2 mln PLN in aid paid for premises flood never reached
Jacek K. and his wife have been remanded in custody for three months over alleged fraud involving 3.2 million PLN in flood relief funds. The money was paid to their company for premises in Jelenia Góra that were never actually flooded. The play area the funds supposedly financed was not even ordered until six months after the flood. Wirtualna Polska has obtained the contract and installation photos confirming the irregularities.
