Waste plant fire near Wembley disrupts London Underground services

A fire broke out at a waste processing facility near Wembley stadium in north-west London, sending a column of thick black smoke over the area. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion. The London Fire Brigade confirmed the incident and said Underground services in the area were disrupted as a result.
