Android 17 adds Encrypted Client Hello to block connection tracking

Google is adding native support for Encrypted Client Hello (ECH) in Android 17, a technology that makes it significantly harder for network operators and eavesdroppers to identify which domains apps are connecting to. This closes a major privacy gap in Android's network connection handling.
