Landlord finds original Picasso etching missing for eight years in vacant apartment

A US landlord discovered a print in a vacant apartment that turned out to be an original Picasso etching titled "Torero." The work had gone missing from a Milwaukee art gallery in 2018 and had not been seen since. The man handed the etching over to police earlier this month.
