Tropical Storm Dolly heads for Leeward Islands with flash flood risk

Tropical Storm Dolly, which formed on Thursday, is racing across the Atlantic toward the Leeward Islands, the National Hurricane Center said Friday. Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. The storm is expected to reach the Caribbean this weekend, bringing heavy rainfall and a risk of flash flooding.
