Budanov: Ukraine needs at least 30,000 recruits a month to hold the front

Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, stated that Ukraine must mobilise at least 30,000 soldiers per month to maintain its current front line. He added that the recent change in defence minister will not, in his view, increase recruitment numbers. The assessment is an unusually concrete public figure on Ukraine's manpower needs.
