Constitutional Tribunal hits back at Domański: withholding its funding has no legal basis

Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has responded to Finance Minister Andrzej Domański, who claimed that the Tribunal's 2027 budget plan had not been properly delivered to him. The Tribunal called this statement "completely untrue" and declared that the minister's decision to exclude the Tribunal's funding "has no legal basis."
