Szczygłowska out of European Championship, Łyduch replaces Poland's captain

Coach Stefano Lavarini has activated the medical joker rule to bring Klaudia Łyduch into Poland's squad for the European Volleyball Championship. Łyduch replaces captain Aleksandra Szczygłowska, who will take no further part in the tournament. The Polish team will have to manage without their first-choice libero for the remainder of the competition.
