Warsaw University murder case dropped as 22-year-old found not criminally responsible
A court has discontinued proceedings against Mieszko R. for the murder at the University of Warsaw, ruling him not criminally responsible. The 22-year-old killed a 53-year-old university porter and seriously injured a security guard in early May 2025. He is to be held indefinitely in a closed psychiatric facility.
