Pilgrims killed in Nepal and Tibet floods en route to sacred Mount Kailash

Floods in Nepal and Tibet have claimed the lives of pilgrims travelling to Mount Kailash, a peak sacred to followers of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and the pre-Buddhist Bon religion. Mount Kailash is considered one of the most revered peaks on Earth, drawing pilgrims from around the world.
