Asseco acquires MC Comp for 47m PLN to expand in fuel station software market

Asseco has acquired a controlling stake in MC Comp, a software maker for fuel stations, for 47 million PLN. The company plans to expand the business internationally. Asseco holds billions in orders and has outlined new growth plans.
