Russian commander accused of attacks on civilians killed in St. Petersburg car bomb

Major Sergei Sechkov, 43, a Russian commander accused by Ukrainian intelligence of conducting brutal attacks on civilians, was killed in a car explosion in St. Petersburg on Thursday. Before his death he claimed he was on a "liquidation list." The attack came after Sechkov had been publicly identified as responsible for war crimes.
